What kind of personal data is processed

The controller is obliged to process personal data of customers and users in a responsible manner. Here you can read about how we collect, use and protect information for our customers and users in all business processes. Personal data is collected when it is necessary for us to be able to perform the tasks and services we are required to do in accordance with the law and/or agreement. Storage and deletion

The controller takes digital security seriously. Your information is stored in our online shop platform provided by, as well as with our IT suppliers who are necessary to run our services. All storage is controlled by strict security procedures. All exchanges of personal data are sent encrypted over SSL.

We delete your personal data that is no longer necessary based on the purpose for which it was stored. We store personal data in accordance with the legislation currently in force.

Communication through e-mail and SMS

As a customer, you will receive e-mail and/or SMS, e.g. related to orders you have placed, tracking number, forgotten password, information about your customer relationship, etc. This is defined as legitimate interest and consent will not be requested.

We also use e-mail for marketing and communication. As a customer of the Data Controller, you will receive newsletters at regular intervals, especially if you have given active consent to it. It is possible to unsubscribe from the newsletter by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the e-mails.

Disclosure of personal data

If there is a statutory obligation to provide information to public authorities, the relevant personal data will be handed over in accordance with the authorities' requirements. Under no circumstances will your personal data be transferred without the necessary agreements having been entered into to ensure that your rights are safeguarded.

Cookies are small text files that our websites store on your computer, so that we can recognize you as a user and provide you with customized content and services when you visit our websites.
